It is important to know that line 1 is case sensitive and will appear as entered; please refrain from using fixed uppercase as this could make the script font difficult to read.

Please Note: Each slate piece will be unique as the item is cut by hand. Due to the nature of slate there will be some differences in the stone – such as texture, cut and smoothness. This may result in natural faults in the surface and edges of the product, including flaking and uneven corners. Each item contains speckles of gold which makes a stunning feature and adds to the rustic feel however it may be at times within the area of your personalisation.

How to personalise your product:

1. Place your order
2. You will receive an email from @personalisedmemento.co.uk within 1 hour to add your personalised message. If not received, please check your junk folder.
3. Once received, follow the link within the email.
4. Type your message into the fields on screen and click on the preview button to review the personalisation.
5. Once checked and happy, click submit.
6. Production of the order will commence.

Please note:

• The content on a personalised product will be produced exactly as you enter it, including spelling and capitalisation. Please ensure that all details, especially the personalised text, are correct before clicking submit.
• Accents, special characters and emojis are not accepted.
• Once the personalisation has been submitted, the order cannot be amended or cancelled. If the personalisation is not submitted within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
• We do not permit personalisation that infringes copyright laws, is indecent or offensive, or contains language deemed to be abusive, threatening, or defamatory. Full content rules can be viewed on the personalisation terms and conditions page. Orders that do not follow these rules will be refused.

By ordering a personalised product, you are agreeing that your details (name and contact details, including address) and the details that you provide of any other party, such as the recipient of the personalised product, can be shared with our third party supplier who provides the personalisation service only for the purposes of completing the personalisation service and delivering the product to you or the recipient.
