How to personalise your product:

1. Place your order
2. You will receive an email from @personalisedmemento.co.uk within 1 hour to add your personalised message. If not received, please check your junk folder.
3. Once received, follow the link within the email.
4. Type your message into the fields on screen and click on the preview button to review the personalisation.
5. Once checked and happy, click submit.
6. Production of the order will commence.

Please note:

• The content on a personalised product will be produced exactly as you enter it, including spelling and capitalisation. Please ensure that all details, especially the personalised text, are correct before clicking submit.
• Accents, special characters and emojis are not accepted.
• Once the personalisation has been submitted, the order cannot be amended or cancelled. If the personalisation is not submitted within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
• We do not permit personalisation that infringes copyright laws, is indecent or offensive, or contains language deemed to be abusive, threatening, or defamatory.
